Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions agreements are as follows:

• All contracts are legally binding upon signing. Failure to abide by or not complete your contract  may result in the client being reported to the credit bureau and/or possible legal actions taken against the client. 
• Clients must abide by gym rules. If rules are not adhered to, client's membership may have to be terminated.
• Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, wrongful promotions are prohibited on the premises of the gym.
• Client must adhere to the waiver and policies as demonstrated in the contract.
